North Bay Goods Exchange Day. 
If you have items that are in good shape but no longer bring you Joy (Mari Kondo plug) or you don’t use any more, make some room in your house by putting out by the road for someone else to take home!
Powassan Maple Syrup Festival
One of the great events in our Community! If you are a resident of North Bay this festival is well worth the short drive to Powassan.

All this Rain!

A reminder from us with all this rain we have been having, please check your basement and around your house for water. Make sure downspouts and drains are clear to take the water away from the house. Downspout extensions are an inexpensive investment to help get the water away from the house and foundation. Monitor ditches and culvert around your area for potential hazards.
If you do see evidence of water, don’t leave it. Get it check out as soon as possible.
